We ship all orders within the UK. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products. To initiate a return, email hello@hushanddusk.com with your order reference.
Candles that have been burned cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a free replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
