Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take? ▼
Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Do you offer free shipping? ▼
Yes! Orders over £45 qualify for free standard UK shipping. Orders under £45 have a flat £3.99 shipping fee.
Can I track my order? ▼
Yes. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also view your order status in My Account.
Do you ship internationally? ▼
Currently we ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? ▼
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened candles. Candles that have been burned cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
My candle arrived damaged — what do I do? ▼
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@hushanddusk.com with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of receipt. We'll send a replacement at no charge.

What wax do you use? ▼
All Hush & Dusk candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, which burns cleaner and longer than paraffin with no toxic chemicals.
How long do your candles burn? ▼
Our 20cl candles have a burn time of approximately 40 hours. Our 30cl candles burn for up to 65 hours when properly cared for.
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free? ▼
Yes! All our candles are 100% vegan. We never use beeswax or animal-derived ingredients, and we're proudly cruelty-free.
Discount Codes
How do I use my discount code? ▼
Enter your code in the "Discount Code" field on the checkout page and click Apply. The discount will be deducted from your subtotal automatically.
Can I use more than one discount code? ▼
Only one discount code can be applied per order.
